This robust Med-dark Roast coffee is sourced from dedicated smallholder farmers in the highlands of Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. A classic blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, it delivers a deeply rich and heavy tasting profile featuring bold notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and sweet brown sugar. Grown in fertile volcanic loam soil at altitudes of 1,200–1,600 meters, the beans are meticulously hand-picked, undergo a traditional Indonesian wet-hulled process, and are dried on raised beds to produce a smooth, low-acid cup with exceptional depth.
