Grower & Region: Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino; Piura and Amazonas, Peru.
Details: Grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in clay mineral soils (Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor varietals); gully washed and dried in the sun for a smooth, refined finish.

Mexico Single Origin

Roast: Medium
Tasting Profile: Milk chocolate, warm cinnamon, and crisp green apple.
Grower & Region: Smallholder coffee growers from Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico.
Details: Cultivated at 900–1,000 meters in clay mineral soils (Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, & Caturra varietals); fully washed and sun-dried for an impeccably clean, balanced cup.
