This rich Medium-dark Roast coffee is sourced from 1,500 dedicated grower and members of Cafe Organics Marcala in the Marcala, La Paz region of Honduras. A complex blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties, it offers a deeply comforting tasting profile featuring distinct notes of caramel, warm spice, and brown sugar. Grown in unique clay mineral soil at high altitudes of 1,300–1,700 meters, the beans are fully washed and traditionally sun dried to deliver a smooth, bold cup with excellent sweetness.
