This bright and well-rounded Medium Roast coffee is sourced from dedicated small agricultural cooperatives in the scenic Chimbu Province of Papua New Guinea. A premium blend of Bourbon and Typica varieties, it delivers an exceptionally smooth tasting profile highlighted by distinct notes of caramel, honey, and bright fruit. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil at altitudes of 1,350 meters, the beans are fully washed and traditionally dried in the sun to produce a clean, beautifully balanced cup.
