This exceptionally smooth Medium Roast coffee is sourced from the dedicated members of the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru. A complex blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, it delivers all the rich flavor of a classic Peruvian lot, featuring notes of caramel, smooth sweetness, and bright citrus. Grown in unique clay mineral soil at altitudes of 1,100–1,700 meters, the beans are fully washed, sun dried, and 100% decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water Process to preserve their vibrant character without the caffeine.
