We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at bradbarter@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged in transit, wrong item/variant sent), Doom Brew will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.

Customer Remorse / Size Change / Changed Mind: If you are returning an item due to change of mind or incorrect size choice, the customer is responsible for paying actual return shipping costs.
